At Dan Lash, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used lashes.
We only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

Shipping Costs
